2023 Spring Office Managers & Accountants Meeting
Date, Time & Location: April 25-27, 2023, at Deadwood Mountain Grand Hotel Event Center in Deadwood, SD. Group will participate in the "Escape Room Challenge" held on Tuesday afternoon, April 25. Meeting will begin on Wednesday, April 26 at 8am (MT) and adjourn on Thursday, April 27 at 12pm.
Tuesday, April 25 - Those who wish to participant in the "Escape Room Challenge", please meet at the Hotel by Gold Dust at 25 Lee St. in Deadwood 15 minutes prior to the time slot you signed up for below:
3:00 pm (limited to 15 participants with a fee of $26.63 per person)
4:00 pm (limited to 15 participants with a fee of $26.63 per person)
6:00 pm - Evening on your own
Wednesday, April 26 - Registration at 7:30 am (MT) with the meeting beginning at 8am in the Event Center. (All day presentations will be shared with both the OM&A group and the Member Services group)
12:00 pm - Lunch (sponsored by OM&A group) held in the Event Center.
1:00 pm - Meeting will resume in Event Center.
6:00 pm - Group dinner (both OM&A and Member Services) held in the Event Center. (sponsored by both OM&A and Member Services)
Thursday, April 27 - Office Managers & Accountants meeting will resume at 8am (MT) in the Event Center and adjourn at 12pm.
Room Reservation: Contact the Deadwood Mountain Grand Hotel at 877-907-4726 or the Holiday Inn Express at 605-578-3330, with a room rate of $79.00 plus tax at both hotels. Ask for SDRE Office Managers & Accountants Group room block. Cut-off date is March 28.
