2025 Spring Line Superintendents Conference
Date & Location: May 20-22, 2025, at Clubhouse Hotel & Suites in Rapid City, S.D.
Tuesday Morning - Golf outing at Red Rock Golf Course begins at 11 a.m. (MT)
Tuesday Evening - Vendor Hospitality begins at 5 p.m. at the Clubhouse Hotel & Suites Convention Center.
Wednesday - Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the Conference begins at 8 a.m., held in Conference Center of the Clubhouse Hotel & Suites.
Wednesday Evening Vendor Show/Group Meal – At 4 p.m. Vendor Show/Group Meal will be hosted by the Vendors at the Clubhouse Hotel & Suites for the South Dakota Line Superintendents.
Thursday - Conference resumes at 8 a.m. in the Conference Center and will conclude at 11 a.m.
Room Reservations: Contact the Clubhouse Hotel & Suites at 605-939-3005 with a room rate of $149 plus tax Ask for SDREA Line Superintendent Conference room block. Cut-off date is April 22.
