2025 Spring Member Services Meeting
Date, Time & Location: April 8-10, 2025, at The Lodge at Deadwood, SD. A tour will be held on Tuesday afternoon, April 8. Meeting will begin on Wednesday, April 11 at 8am (MT) and adjourn on Thursday, April 10 at 12pm.
Tuesday, April 8 - Those attending the tour, please meet at The Lodge at Deadwood's front parking lot by 12:30 pm (MT) to carpool to Sanford Lab. Parking is limited at Sanford Lab so please join the carpool. Items to bring and wear for the tour:
Bring photo ID
Wear closed toed shoes
6:00 pm - Evening on your own
Wednesday, April 9 - Registration at 7:30 am (MT) with the meeting beginning at 8am in the Pine Crest B room. (both Member Services & OM&A)
12:00 pm - Lunch held in Pine Crest C room. (both Member Services & OM&A)
1:00 pm- Meeting will resume in the Roosevelt room. (Member Services only)
6:00 pm - Dinner at The Lodge held in Pine Crest C room.
Thursday, April 10 - Member Services meeting will resume at 8am (MT) in the Roosevelt room and adjourn at 12pm.
Room Reservation: Contact The Lodge at Deadwood at 605-584-4800, with a room rate of $107.00 plus tax. Ask for South Dakota Rural Electric Association group room block. Cut-off date is March 9.
